I work with people struggling with mental health, substance abuse and dependence, people going through life transitions, couples and families. I use cognitive behavioral, motivational interviewing and attachment based theories in my counseling. I believe in educating my clients on their diagnosis and symptoms so they may learn better ways to respond to their triggers.
